This article presents a detailed catalogue of fourteen newly identified manuscripts housed in the Library of the Islamic Sciences and Culture Research Institute (affiliated with the Office for Islamic Propagation of the Qom Seminary). In this study, the cataloguer has sought to provide systematically organized information on both the contents and the physical features of these manuscripts for the reader.

The upcoming article, which is based on the method of library research and interpretation and analysis, is a fundamental and practical research research, with a critical attitude in the book of Thesaurus of Islamic Philosophy of the Institute of Islamic Sciences and Culture, and its qualitative evaluation and criticism with the aim of explaining its shortcomings. and their subsequent reviews in the editions to achieve modernity, development and respond to the needs of users with the growing knowledge of Islamic philosophy. Qualitative assessment is in two parts, form and substance. Form assessment including the assessment of alphabetical order, calligraphy, Arabicization, Farsi or Arabic terms. And the substantive evaluation includes the evaluation of the introduction, the geometric concept of science and its prior relations. The findings of the research in the form section include the extensive use of Arabic words, lack of cross-references, lack of division, lack of sufficient use of domain notes, non-standard use of descriptors, non-observance of alphabetical order in the alphabetical display of terms, and the presence of spelling mistakes. . The findings of the research in the substantive part include the explanation of defects in the geometrical structure of philosophy and the hierarchical relationships of terms, as well as the explanation of the error in understanding philosophical concepts and the previous semantic relationships of terms, which in some cases are caused by the error in understanding philosophical concepts or the confusion of concepts and terms. It is characteristic of philosophical systems of illumination, walk and sublime wisdom, which need to be resolved; Because this thesaurus has been accepted by scientific centers as a basis for storing, searching and retrieving information and is being translated in other countries. The proposal of the research is to recommend strict adherence to the thesaurus writing standards in the compilation of such specialized thesauruses, in addition to paying attention to the differences of different schools in the philosophical foundations, which requires the use of expert professors in each school to explain the meanings of terms and their previous relationships. The purpose is to avoid the confusion of verbal commonalities and to protect future researches from this damage.

Resistance is one of the fundamental Quranic values in the cause of the development of the Islamic society and the formation of the Islamic civilization, which means standing and resisting against something has upset the balance in internal and external dimensions. The formation of this value in the society as one of the methods of the conventional model of human life in the fields of human life; So that its manifestation can be observed in the totality of social behaviors, it is called the culture of resistance (Problem statement). The purpose of this article is the achievement of the engineering process of this value in a society based on the growth-oriented thought (ideological) system of the Holy Quran (Purpose). Now the question is what process does the Holy Quran propose in order to engineer the culture of resistance in the society? (Question). The necessity of examining this issue is clear considering the emphasis of religious teachings on this value and the need for Islamic societies, especially considering the current conditions of Islam and the need for convergence and coordination between the resistance front (Necessity). The research method in stating the engineering process and its components is qualitative content analysis with an analogy approach (Method). The findings of the research show that the engineering process of resistance culture is based on a self-awareness and purposefulness, according to the idea of Quranic growth, in a three-stage process that leads to the happiness of man and human society (Conclusion).

one of the most important concerns which have coerced organizations to illustrate tendency toward entrepreneurial activities is survival and growth. This is thus to assert that time is ripe for investigating the relationships between entrepreneurial behavior and performance. This study is aimed at investigating the relationship between entrepreneurial orientations and organizational performance of the Islamic Research Institute for Culture and Thought in 2013. To do so, descriptive and correlative research methodologies were used to examine the relationships among these variables. Statistical population of this study contains a number of university staffs at different managerial levels, members of Faculty Board, and experts, who are estimated to constitute 110 persons from the total number of 320. Pearson correlation and multivariable regression methods were used to analyze data. Moreover, Structural Equation Model (SEM) was employed to affirm the model. Results show that there is a positive and direct relationship between entrepreneurial orientation and organizational performance. In addition, there is indirect relationship among innovation, leadership, risk-taking, and aggressive competition as aspects of entrepreneurial orientation, on the one hand, and organizational performance, on the other. However, there was no relationship between independence and organizational performance. Therefore, development of attitude and attention to entrepreneurial orientation in an organization can be effective in elevating organizational performance.

Purpose: The purpose of this research work was to design a strategy map for the Sport Sciences Research Institute in Iran using the Balanced Scorecard (BSC) technique. Metodology: This research work is based on a descriptive strategy, and it is applied in terms of purpose and falls within the scope of the organizational studies. The Steering Board of the Sport Sciences Research Institute (SSRI) convened and laid out the strategies of the institute based on the four perspectives of the balanced scorecard model (financial, customer, learning and growth, and internal process). Measures related to the strategies were selected after reviewing the documents and performance appraisal criteria of upstream and similar organizations. Then following a survey of the SSRI stakeholders, these measures were confirmed. Eventually, the quantitative targets, measures, and initiatives were defined, which were then approved by the Steering Board. Result: The results obtained showed that two strategies were based on the financial perspective, five strategies were based on the customer perspective, four strategies were based on the internal process perspective, and one strategy was based on the growth and learning perspective. In addition, there were 15 measures and 19 initiatives in the financial perspective; 55 measures and 54 initiatives and innovations in the customer perspective; 66 measures and 52 initiatives and innovations in the internal process perspective; and five measures and eight initiatives and innovations were in the growth and learning perspective. Conclusion: The results obtained show that what is gained by maintaining the measures is a tool for assessing the performance of SSRI, which could be used to achieve the organization's strategic goals.

This research article examines legal discrimination against children born out of wedlock in Iran. Despite laws promoting equality, societal attitudes influenced by beliefs continue to result in discrimination. The study explores the reconciliation of religious beliefs with legal frameworks and the changes made to the Iranian legal system in response to positive human rights developments. The Article seeks to bridge the research gaps by comparing the experiences of Iranian children with those in other countries affected by Islamic law. The study employs library sources and descriptive and historical research methods to examine the legal status of children born outside of marriage, both nationally and internationally, and the discrimination they face. The Article is structured into four distinct sections: an analysis of Islamic Law, a review of the Iranian legal system, an assessment of Iran's compliance with international conventions, and a discourse on the necessity of substantial positive change. The Article ultimately recommends the eradication of discrimination through heightened awareness and the advancement of inclusivity for all children, irrespective of their lineage. In summary, this research Article aims to shed light on legal challenges faced by children born outside of marriage in Iran, with the goal of promoting positive changes in their treatment.
